Report Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content on Doppel.fit infringes your copyright, please send a notice to:

- 2. Copyrighted Work: Description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- 3. Infringing Content: URL(s) of the infringing content on our platform and description
- 4. Proof of Ownership: Evidence that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- 5. Good Faith Statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- 6. Accuracy Statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf."
- 7. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
Copyright Review Process
- • We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
- • We review and investigate claims within 2-5 business days
- • Valid claims will result in content removal or access restriction
- • We notify affected parties and provide counter-notification procedures

If you are a trademark owner or an authorized agent and believe that content on Doppel.fit infringes your trademark, please send a notice to:

- 5. Good Faith Statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the trademark is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law."
- 6. Accuracy Statement: "I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the trademark owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf."

- • We may request additional documentation to verify your claim
- • Valid claims will result in content removal or modification
What Constitutes IP Infringement?
Copyright Infringement:
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted images or photographs
- Copying product descriptions or written content
- Using copyrighted designs or artwork without permission
Trademark Infringement:
- Use of your trademark causing consumer confusion
- Sale of counterfeit goods bearing your trademark
- Use of your trademark in product listings without authorization
- Similar marks creating likelihood of confusion with your brand
Counter-Notification & Appeals
If your content was removed due to an IP claim and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address.
Counter-notifications must include similar identifying information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Doppel.fit will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in accordance with DMCA and applicable laws.
Important Notice
Filing false or misleading IP claims may result in legal consequences, including liability for damages, court costs, and attorneys' fees. Please ensure your claim is accurate and made in good faith.
Under the DMCA and trademark laws, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to liability.
